Robert is key to the consultancy firms Infrastructure and covers everything from due diligence to contracts. He is experienced in all aspects of private equity and investment in the UK, Europe and Internationally. 

Sophie Hacker

Sophie has a masters degree in International and European Law, Intellectual Property Law, and business law. With experience including legal council for the merger and acquisition of FTSE 100 companies she has decades of experience supporting international investors structuring and negotiating a wide range of complex documents including governments, public listed companies. Sophie is fluent in French and English. 

Andre Gauthier

 Andre has a BSc Hons degree and an MSc. He has over 40 years experience working in 30 countries and has been instrumental in the growth and listing of several public listed companies. Andre is fluent in French, English, and Arabic and has extensive experience working with international investors and private equity funds to structure financial situations of multi million values. Andre expertise across the corporate sector is key.

Luis De Vierna

Luis has a degree in sociology and political sciences. With experience of working in over 20 countries throughout his career he speaks Spanish, English and French. He has experience of securing large scale investment for farming projects, organic waste processing factories, biomass energy factories and even golf resort development. 

Paul Baker

 Paul is a finance specialist with over 30 years experience structuring a range of facilities over a decorated banking and finance career globally. He held vice president position at Citibank and has held C Suite positions at UFJ Bank, Warburg Dillon Read, Hill Samual Bank, ING Bank, National Bank of Australasia, Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation Europe. 

James Wood

James is known for his contributions to Africa and EU relations during his role as a senior diplomat. He served as an advisor to Invest Africa and regularly appears on TV, Radio and in the Press providing analysis of socio economic affairs. With a degree in politics, philosophy and history James also has an MSc for the London School of Economics.
